Role
We’re a leading UK food manufacturer in the FMCG sector, with a strong footprint across poultry, chilled, and bakery categories. We supply high-quality products to major supermarkets and food service partners nationwide.
We’re looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our team in West Bromwich. You’ll be responsible for keeping stock and logistics running smoothly — analysing data, coordinating exports, and making sure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.
What You’ll Do
* Manage and process incoming orders from the commercial team
* Keep scheduling trackers updated and accurate
* Liaise with customers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
* Monitor stock levels and support cost-effective supply chain decisions
* Handle day-to-day admin tasks including emails, trackers, and reporting
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as a Logistics or Supply Chain Administrator (manufacturing or FMCG preferred)
* Strong Excel and Outlook skills (formulas and pivot tables essential)
* At least 3 years’ experience in logistics/planning with third-party suppliers or freight forwarding
* Proactive, organised, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment
