Your new role
You will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and monitoring of health and safety procedures on-site. This includes conducting risk assessments, supporting toolbox talks, maintaining safety documentation, and ensuringpliance with relevant legislation. You’ll work closely with site teams and report to the senior safety lead to help maintain a safe working environment.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should have a foundational understanding of WHS principles, ideally supported by a relevant qualification. Previous site experience is essential. Strongmunication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude will be key to thriving in this fast-paced environment.
