Senior Programme & Bid Manager – Defence / Engineering We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme & Bid Manager to lead complex programme delivery and bid management across a portfolio of high-value engineering projects within a defence-focused environment. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for programme governance, bid strategy, risk management, and commercial performance, ensuring successful delivery from opportunity capture through to contract award and in-life programme execution.
