Senior Structural Engineer Job Overview
1. Follow QMS procedures and internal design checking protocols.
2. Coordinate with professionals and contractors to deliver projects on time.
3. Manage smaller projects independently or contribute to larger schemes as part of a team.
4. Perform structural design calculations for steel, concrete, timber, and masonry to British Standards/Euro Codes Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
5. Collaborate with other offices and disciplines within the company.
6. Supervise trial hole investigations and conduct visual structural inspections.
7. Mentor junior engineers and support their development.
8. Liaise with clients and design teams to meet project briefs, attending meetings as needed.
