ABOUT THE ROLE
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
In this role, you’ll work closely with class teachers, supporting learning, development, and wellbeing. You’ll also contribute to creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. You will work collaboratively with teachers to support the planning, preparation and delivery of learning activities for individuals, groups and whole classes. To use specialist knowledge, skills and experience to support pupils’ progress, promote independence and contribute to the wider school community. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
1. HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience of working effectively with children across primary age ranges.
3. Evidence of successful whole class teaching.
4. Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver learning in line with the curriculum.
5. Good communication, organisational and behaviour management skills.
6. A genuine passion for supporting children’s education and wellbeing.
