Failure to provide the required information will result in your application being rejected Advert As a Community Mental Health Nursing Associate you will provide community patient led services and work with older adults over-65 years who have mental health issues and complex dementia needs. This role is one in a multi disciplinary team and you will be a core part of that team. Main duties will include the monitoring of antipsychotics as part of the BPSD pathway, administering depots, completing medication reviews and mental health reviews of people on our caseloads that reside in residential and care homes. Feeding back to MDT, care homes, individuals, carers and other professionals.
