The Role: Data & Analytics Manager
This role reports to the Head of Marketing
Main Duties:
Data Infrastructure
Guide the design and optimisation of new data infrastructure
Oversee implementation of new system(s) and guide team members on usage
Maintain the database and make recommendations on best practice
Analytics Strategy
Define and lead the organisation’s analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business
objectives
Design frameworks and roadmaps for data-driven decision-making across marketing, ticketing and programming
Conduct audience analysis and customer segmentation across channels, from CRM and GA4 to Meta Ads Manager
Insights & Reporting
Audit and optimise weekly and monthly sales reporting, automating work flows where possible
Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leaders, enabling them to makeinformed business decisions
Oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics products that support
organisational objectives
Customer Analytics
Lead analytics initiatives, including customer segmentation, membership model and growth, sales forecasting, and price modelling, to drive targeted business strategies
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, marketing performance, and operational
efficiency using data insights
Collaboration Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to prioritise analytics initiatives and ensure data-driven decisions
Champion a culture of analytics across the organisation, promoting the use of data to guide strategy and performanc
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Stay up to date with trends in BI, analytics, and AI/ML to bring innovative approaches to the
organisation
Identify opportunities to improve analytics frameworks, processes, and methodologies to maximise impact
The Package
Salary £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
