Role & Responsibilities
* Produce engaging articulate storyline builds for our customer’s training courses in accordance with Courseware / Media production process, Development Manual and Style Guide.
* Creation of courses exploiting effective asset management and workflow. Visualising and planning of content and media along a timeline.
* Comply with Raytheon and Customer policies.
* Carry out any other reasonable task such as assisting the other areas within Raytheon when required.
* Employees are responsible for their own Health and Safety and that of work colleagues and customers.
* The nature of Customer’s training requires a high degree of flexibility for all Raytheon staff; there may be a requirement for travel to other sites within the UK.
* Be responsible for championing and fostering a culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance and continuous improvement.
* Any other duties required to complete the CMDC Training Service.
Required Experience
* Design, develop, and implement training solutions within Articulate Storyline that enhance learner engagement.
* Apply instructional design theories and adult learning principles to create high-quality learning experiences.
* Ensure instructional materials align with best practices and internal quality standards.
* Must be organised and work well both independently and in a fast‑paced team environment.
* Ability to comprehend/interpret technical and non‑technical information and apply it to visual media and animations.
* Ability to multi‑task and work on multiple projects in a deadline‑oriented environment.
* Ability to use MS Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
* Ability to lead and motivate team members.
* Effectively communicate with stakeholders outside of the CMDC team to gather technical information necessary for media requirements.
* The successful candidate must be able to qualify for SC security clearance.
Desirable Experience
* Experience using Moodle or working with an LMS.
* Previous experience of developing high‑quality courses for digital learning & training.
* Creation of animation sequences exploiting effective asset management and workflow.
* Visualising and planning of content and media along a timeline.
* Knowledge of Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).
