It’s a fast-paced environment where flexibility and adaptability are important as we grow.
What you’ll bring

* People management: ability to manage and mentor a small team, supporting performance, professional growth, and wellbeing
* Attitude: think big, ask why, and show respect to everyone at every level
Equally important is attitude. We value people who think big, ask why, and show respect in all interactions. These are aligned with our values and leadership expectations.
