At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Fixed networks team, youll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?
Were looking for a Fibre Supervisor to join our Telecoms team. Youll be working on the Openreach network, so youll need solid experience in fibre. If youve worked as a surveyor before, thats a big plus.
This is a hands-on role. Youll lead teams on the ground, make sure work is done safely, and keep everything running smoothly. Youll check that jobs are done right, on time, and to the right standard. Youll also help solve problems and keep things moving when plans change.
Youll need to know the Openreach network well. You should be confident reading plans, spotting issues, and guiding your team. Youll also need to speak clearly with clients, crews, and managers.
We want someone who takes pride in their work. Someone whos not afraid to get stuck in. Someone who can lead by example and keep things on track.

What youll bring?
We need you to hold a valid NRSWA full Supervisor Street Works card (units 10 to 16) and Smart award accreditations (NOPS). Relevant accreditations (PIA desirable) and a full UK driving license (12 months, no more than 6 points) are essential. Knowledge of Openreach and FTTP/HFC networks is desirable. You should excel in risk assessment, health and safety, and have experience with local authorities. Telecommunication knowledge, especially in underground civils or cabling, is crucial.
