Competitive salary 6-month fixed-term contract Free in-office meals and refreshments 7:45am – 4:45pm working hours Office based Facilities Assistant Key Responsibilities: Coordinate contractor access, ensuring all documentation, risk assessments, and permits are approved before work begins Administer the permit-to-work process in line with Facilities and health & safety procedures Support contractor/vendor coordination and soft services delivery Provide administrative support, maintaining accurate records and documentation Proactively identify and resolve Facilities operational issues Facilities Assistant Skills & Requirements: Previous experience in a similar administrative / customer service role, ideally within a law firm Exceptional customer service and administration skills Confident in a client facing environment
