Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Support role based in Coleshill. The Senior Sales Support team member will assist in managing sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include liaising with clients to address their needs, supporting the sales team with operational tasks, and analyzing data to enhance sales processes. The role demands efficient communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

Strong analytical skills for evaluating data and improving sales operations
Excellent customer satisfaction and customer service skills to maintain and enhance client relationships
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and clients
Experience in sales operations and knowledge of leasing or equipment finance is preferred

Proficiency in related software tools and CRM platforms is advantageous
