Volunteer Gift Wrapper & eBay Warehouse Assistant
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic volunteer to support our warehouse and online sales team by preparing sold items for dispatch from our eBay store.
Main Duties
* Carefully wrapping and packaging items sold through our eBay site for safe delivery
* Identifying and handling fragile or delicate items appropriately
* Ensuring parcels are securely prepared and labelled correctly for shipping
* Checking items against order information before dispatch
* Assisting with stock organisation within the warehouse
* Removing and delisting items from the eBay site that have not sold
* Supporting general warehouse housekeeping and organisation
Skills & Qualities Required
* Excellent attention to detail
* Methodical and organised approach to work
* Logical thinking and the ability to follow processes accurately
* Understanding of the importance of careful packaging, particularly for fragile or valuable items
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
* Basic IT confidence helpful for assisting with eBay delisting tasks

Experience
Previous warehouse, retail, packing or online sales experience is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided.
