Your role is pivotal in maintaining high resident satisfaction and ensuring seamless communication between residents and our property management teams. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and courteously to resident enquiries via telephone, email, and in-person. Provide accurate information regarding tenancy agreements, maintenance requests, and community policies. Support property management teams with administrative tasks related to resident communication.
