What You’ll Do
* Qualify and convert high-value leads across multiple channels — inbound PPC, organic, referral, and repeat
* Build deep trust with clients while crafting seamless, high-end itineraries
* Use our proprietary AI tools to accelerate quoting, track feedback, and learn from every lead
* Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product to evolve the entire sales journey
* Hit revenue, satisfaction, and margin targets — then help us raise the bar again
What You Bring
* 2+ years experience in luxury travel sales or another high-stakes consultative sales role
* A track record of delivering both results and remarkable service
* Familiarity with AI tools, CRMs (we use HubSpot), and feedback-based iteration
* Strong written and verbal communication — polished but personal
* Cool head under pressure and sharp instincts for client psychology
