The role
We are seeking a Negotiator / Senior Negotiator to join our Residential Sales team in Oxford. In this role, you will support our Head of Office in driving revenue, profitability, and lead generation throughout the area. Ideally, candidates will have at least one year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
1. Register and manage applicants.
2. Develop relationships and work closely with clients.
3. Sourcing, pitching for, and securing new business by developing relationships with potential clients and relevant stakeholders.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to clients face-to-face, via telephone, or email.
5. Meet with clients and provide tailored services based on their instructions.
6. Progress sales to completion, liaising with solicitors as appropriate, and keeping all parties informed.
7. Offer informed advice and expertise to clients and colleagues.
Ideal candidate qualities include:
1. A successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
2. In-depth local knowledge of Oxford and surrounding areas.
3. Excellent negotiating and rapport-building skills.
4. Understanding of the residential sales process.
5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with team members, clients, and agents.
6. A composed manner and ability to work under pressure.
7. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
8. Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
