About the Role
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you’ll play a key part in securing new business through the creation of high-quality, compliant and persuasive PQQ and tender submissions.
You’ll be involved at every stage of the bid process — from research and storyboarding through to writing, design, review, and submission. This is a varied and rewarding role within a growing, forward-thinking business that values creativity, attention to detail, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct research and prepare pre-bid materials
2. Manage bid administration including EOIs, clarifications, and submissions
3. Write, edit, proofread and review compelling tender responses
4. Develop and maintain a bid library with standard content, case studies and visuals
5. Liaise with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance
