Situated on 20 acres of private grounds, the resort features 19 bespoke luxury lodges and 19 'Paddocks' chalets, accommodating up to 188 guests in total. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located at our resort in Errol. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and organization across all lodges, chalets, and communal barn/leisure areas. Responsibilities include supervising staff schedules, maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness, and addressing guest needs promptly. The role also may involve some training of staff where necessary, and coordinating with other departments to maintain a seamless experience for guests.
Qualifications
Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and delegation
Experience in housekeeping and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests and address their needs effectively
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to adapt to varying work demands and schedules
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
