Job Title: Cover Supervisor – Secondary School (Supply/Day-to-Day)

Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for flexible, day-to-day work in a thriving secondary school setting? We are seeking a confident, reliable, and adaptable individual to join our team, supporting a busy secondary school located in the B29 area of Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of teaching staff
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Ensuring students remain engaged and on task throughout the day
* Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and any issues arising
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year’s experience working within UK-based secondary schools
* Availability for at least 3 full days per week on a flexible, day-to-day basis
* Confident classroom management skills and the ability to engage secondary-aged pupils
* Strong communication and organisational abilities
* Must have the right to work full-time in the UK
* Available for in-person interviews within the next 3 weeks
* A competent and demonstrable range of UK secondary school experience is essential
