The Role Working closely with the Head and School Business Manager, you will oversee HR administration and compliance across both teaching and support staff. Your responsibilities will include: Managing recruitment processes in line with safer recruitment standards Maintaining the Single Central Record and safeguarding documentation Coordinating contracts, variations and onboarding processes Supporting staff appraisal and performance management cycles Overseeing DBS checks, right-to-work and reference compliance Assisting with HR policies and regulatory documentation You will also provide administrative support during inspections, ensuring that all compliance records are accurate and up to date. About You Previous HR experience, ideally within education Strong understanding of safeguarding and compliance processes Highly organised with excellent administrative accuracy Confident communicator able to liaise with staff at all levels Able to handle confidential information with professionalism Experience within the independent sector or familiarity with ISI requirements would be highly desirable.
