About the Role This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to manage customer projects from initial consultation through to full installation, working with warm showroom leads and high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers into the showroom and guide them through the design and product selection process Design and present creative, functional kitchen and bathroom solutions using CAD software Prepare detailed quotations, manage follow-ups, and confidently close sales Manage projects from concept through to installation, liaising with installers and suppliers Conduct field-based home surveys as required Assist with showroom operations, including deliveries and general upkeep Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team Requirements / Skills: Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in kitchen and/or bathroom sales Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets Experience using CAD design software Competent with Microsoft Office Confident communicator with strong rapport-building skills Self-motivated, competitive, and target-driven Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle Team player with strong organisational skills What’s on Offer: Basic salary: £30,000 Uncapped commission structure upto 9% £40 bonus per job with zero issues £40 bonus for 4–5★ customer reviews Realistic OTE: £45,000–£60,000 (top performers earn more) 28 days holiday including Christmas shutdown Thursday fixed day off £0.45 per mile travel allowance Company pension Free parking Staff discount Warm showroom leads, no cold calling Support from an experienced showroom and installation team How to Apply This position is being handled by KBB Recruitment.
