We are looking for experienced, passionate and motivated Sales and Operations Associate individuals.
Location: Luton, England LU3 3BF, United Kingdom.
Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
• MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred.
Your responsibilities:
• Conduct market research and identify sales opportunities.
• Promote and upsell Nitya Food products to customers and wholesalers.
• Represent NRG/Nitya professionally during field visits, market pitches, and on-ground brand visibility activities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and gather real-time market feedback.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and financial updates.
• Ensure stock availability and license compliance.
• Record and track orders, sales data, and buying trends.
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory, and delivery coordination.
• Handle administrative documentation and support internal logistics.
• Collaborate across departments and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Educational & Skill Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
• 1–5 years of proven sales experience (FMCG preferred)
• Naturally proactive in field sales, market representation, and customer engagement.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within London and neighboring regions.
• Valid U.K. driving license is mandatory
• Strong geographical knowledge of local markets, cultures, and distribution channels
• Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Hindi, Punjabi, Telugu) and familiarity with South Asian consumer preferences is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage
• Highly organized, self-driven, and result-oriented
