Working as the Bookkeeper / Accountant you will record all company's spending; including purchases, invoices, payroll, sales and provide accurate information on company outgoings for the purposes of filing accounts.
As the Bookkeeper / Accountant you will be expected to be organised, efficient and skilled at keeping track of the various types of spending by the company as well as preparing management accounts, including financial planning.
The ideal candidate would have a proven track record of working with the QuickBooks package, which is essential for this role.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Bookkeeper / Accountant include:
1. Regular reconciliations of statements both Sales and Purchase ledger
2. Maintaining accurate financial records
3. Communicating with the account teams and clients via email, phone, and face to face
4. Familiar with working with CMS and other digital platforms
5. Promptly resolving any discrepancies
6. Assisting with credit control activities
7. Accurately recording intercompany loans and transaction
8. Preparing accounts and tax returns
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
9. Experience in working in a similar account’s role is essential
10. Ability to work within a team
11. Ability to multi-task
12. Demonstrate excellent organisational skills
13. Possess a minimum qualification of level 3-4 AAT qualification or equivalent
14. Experience in using QuickBooks software is essential
