Job Title: S ales Advisor Location: Coventry Salary: £25,800 plus uncapped commission Hours: Hybrid, 3 to 4 days in the office per week. Full time hours would be 8am to 6pm this would still be a 37.5 hour week but working either 8-4 or 10-6 on a rota basis. Would also consider part time. We are working with a well-established and growing organisation within the flooring sector to recruit a Sales Advisor to join their sales team. This role offers one to two days working from home per week. This is a customer-focused, consultative sales role where you will use your product knowledge and relationship-building skills to guide customers through their flooring journey, generate quotations and convert enquiries into sales, delivering an outstanding end-to-end experience. Key responsibilities: Support customers throughout their buying journey, from initial enquiry to completion Provide expert product knowledge and tailored advice to identify the right solutions Manage inbound enquiries and proactively follow up warm leads Generate accurate quotations and convert opportunities into sales Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and accessories Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure a seamless experience Resolve queries efficiently, working closely with internal teams where required Keep up to date with product ranges, promotions and industry trends About you: Experience within retail, sales or a customer-facing commercial environment Confident communicator with a professional and engaging manner Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills Target-driven with a focus on delivering both service and sales results Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple enquiries Keen to learn and develop product knowledge If you enjoy combining customer service with sales and want to be part of a growing, fun, fast-paced team, we would welcome your application.
