Job Description
We’re supporting a growing engineering business in Witney who are looking to appoint a Mechanical Design Engineer as part of continued investment in their R&D and Engineering team. This is a newly created role offering exposure to a wide range of products and projects.
The Role
* Design and development of new and existing mechanical products
* Build and test products throughout the design lifecycle
* Produce technical documentation and project updates
* Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, CAD and product teams
About You
* 5+ years’ experience in mechanical design/engineering
* Strong CAD skills (Autodesk Inventor preferred)
* Engineering background (not purely product design)
* Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams
* Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working independently
