Registered Children's Home Manager, Winsford

Are you a passionate and experienced leader ready to make a significant impact on young lives? We're seeking a dedicated Children's Registered Manager to join an established and growing organization. This is a unique opportunity to manage a brand-new, 4-bedded residential care home in Winsford that specialises in supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.
As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a supportive and empowering environment from the ground up. You'll work closely with the Responsible Individual (RI) to ensure the highest standards of care are met and maintained.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Establish and Manage a New Home: Lead the launch and day-to-day operations of the new 4-bedded residential home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for all young people.
* Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, build, and mentor a skilled staff team, ensuring they are equipped to provide effective, person-centred support that meets the individual needs of each young person.
* Quality and Compliance: Register with Ofsted and take full responsibility for ensuring the home consistently meets and exceeds all regulatory standards and company policies.
* Individualised Care: Oversee the development and implementation of tailored care plans, ensuring every young person receives the support they need to achieve positive outcomes.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager within a children's residential care setting.
* Qualifications: A minimum of a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce or a related field.
* Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence is essential for this role.
