About The Role
We're looking for chefs at all levels to join the opening kitchen team at La Cabra. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, freshly prepared dishes and setting the standard for a brand-new restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
* Support menu development and daily specials.
* Maintain food hygiene, safety, and stock rotation standards.
* Work efficiently to support smooth service.
* Mentor and support junior kitchen staff (depending on role level).
Skills & Experience
* Previous chef experience (Commis, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or similar).
* Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food hygiene.
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* A real passion for food and attention to detail.
