About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our team in Slough. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the drive to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
* Identify new customers and generate sales leads through multiple channels.
* Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of our services.
* Negotiate sales agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction.
* Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns.
* Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed targets.
What We're Looking For
* Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
* Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
* Confident negotiator with good people skills.
* Organised and able to manage time effectively.
* Must have the right to work full-time in the UK.
