Join a well-established leader in precision sheet metal fabrication, supplying industries across the UK with cutting-edge prototypes and low-volume fabrications. You’ll play a key role in driving operational performance and continuous improvement.

You’ll work with Directors and the leadership team to ensure the smooth daily running of production, implement Lean principles, and help develop both processes and people within the organisation.
This role will oversee production operations across fabrication and welding, ensuring output meets quality standards and KPIs. You’ll take ownership of health and safety, capacity planning, and on-time delivery, while mentoring weld coordinators and collaborating with customers and suppliers. You’ll drive improvements in processes, culture, and efficiency, making a tangible impact on the business as it continues to grow.
This role would suit a Welder/Fabricator ready to take the next big step into a hands-on Production Manager role, with similar benefits and progression opportunities as described above.
The Role:
* Oversee production, ensuring quality, KPIs, and on-time delivery
* Drive Lean and continuous improvement across fabrication and welding
* Manage, mentor, and develop staff while maintaining safety and quality
The Person:
* Welder/ Fabricator background and sheet metal manufacturing experience
* Management/ Team lead experience preferred but not required
* Based in Coventry or easily commutable to, Full UK Driving License
