To drive profitable SFX sales growth by developing and implementing a clear Sales strategy focusing primarily on identified customer needs and supported by a strong market understanding, delivered by building and leading a motivated and effective Customer facing team utilising the Saica Flex Sales System (SFSS) as a foundation for success
Specific Tasks/Accountabilities
1. Apply Group Policies: Equal Opportunities, Environment, Quality and Health & Safety.
2. To lead and track SAICA FLEX sales activity for securing year-end target achievement, launching at earliest stage actions and/or sales projects to offset gaps if needed.
3. To define, to share and to explain across their sales organisation a medium-term vision (strategy) to steer our daily commercial and marketing activity and related decision-making process.
4. To support, supervise and track the medium term Regional/Site Marketing plans.
