What you’ll do Design exceptional, personalized itineraries for high-net-worth Arabic-speaking clients. Deliver impeccable service, acting as a trusted travel expert and advisor. Use your GDS knowledge (Amadeus preferred) to manage bookings efficiently and accurately. What you bring Several years’ experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or concierge services. Strong destination knowledge and an eye for stylish, premium experiences. Fluent in Arabic and English in a professional capacity, and have a natural sales flair. Strong GDS experience (preferably Amadeus) A passion for travel, culture, and high-end service. Flexibility; ability to work rotational shifts Monday - Sunday, between the hours of 08:00 - 20:00 GMT Work setup : Hybrid or remote (subject to location and internet requirements). Please note that if you live within commuting distance of the office, you will have the opportunity to work a hybrid model – at least 3x per week in the office. A secure home office setup at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions, is required. If you wish to work remotely or in a hybrid model, you must meet our minimum internet speed requirements. Alternatively, our excellent office is available for you to work from.
