Senior Sous Chef Role
As a Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

* Have experience maintaining spotless food, health, and safety standards in your kitchen, understanding the financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs, and proactively spotting opportunities as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
* Are focused on building a coaching culture within your team, working with your Head Chef to build a strong team from recruitment through ongoing development. Committed to fostering personal and professional growth.
* Are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions.

* A Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef with experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance through positive behaviour in a fast-paced and complex environment.
* A strong communicator who engages in real conversations with consideration and care, ensuring your team feels heard and supported.
* Experience ensuring your kitchen’s food, health, and safety standards are impeccable.
* Experience understanding the financial performance of a kitchen, including gross profit and stock control.
* Experience managing labour costs, reacting to changing demands where necessary.
