Reporting into the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Practice Manager role is a hybrid of patient care and commercial focus, requiring a strong leader passionate about healthcare, patients, and driving a profitable business. This role is responsible for meeting pharmacy targets and managing the store Pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues, supporting Asda Pharmacy's goal to be best in class.
Daily responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experiences and uphold high standards of patient safety. You will support the professional development of your team and locums, ensuring compliance with GPhC standards and clinical governance.
You will have support from in-store, regional, and home office teams, available to assist with clinical or service-related queries.

Week 1: Monday, 09:00 - 21:00; Thursday, 09:00 - 21:00; Friday, 09:00 - 21:00
Week 2: Saturday, 09:00 - 21:00; Monday, 09:00 - 21:00; Thursday, 09:00 - 21:00

* Experienced in handling challenging situations while maintaining strong store and field team connections
