We are looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the B33 area. You’ll work with children across Key Stage 1 and 2, providing 1:1 and small group support to help them succeed academically and socially. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young learners. Key Responsibilities Support children with SEND in KS1 and KS2. Deliver tailored learning strategies alongside the class teacher. Provide 1:1 and small group support to help students achieve their goals. Assist with personal care and individual needs where required. Work collaboratively with the SENDCO and staff team to monitor progress. Create an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.✅ What We’re Looking For Experience working with children (primary setting preferred). Passion for supporting children with SEND. Patient, caring, and adaptable approach. A proactive team player with strong communication skills. Understanding of the challenges faced by children with additional needs.
