PURPOSE OF ROLE:
1. To manage the activities associated with planning, budgeting and forecasting, scenario modelling, and performance reporting to help the IMServ C-suite make informed business decisions and sustain good financial health.
2. To inspire and lead a high performing team responsible for business partnering, budgeting and forecasting processes and analysis across the business to provide insights and support major decisions for the Executive and senior leadership teams.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage and co-ordinate the budget and forecast processes with accurate timetables, key performance metrics and support the guidance to ensure delivery to agreed timelines and stakeholders.
2. Strategic Business Partnering with Senior Leadership, providing financial insights to support data-driven decision-making.
3. Design and implement financial models to aid key business decision making and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts.
4. Manage and Develop High-Performing Teams, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and operational excellence.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
1. Fully qualified Accountant (e.g., ACA/CIMA/ACCA/CA) or QBE.
2. Technical Skills and experience with UK GAAP and FRS102. IFRS experience desirable.
3. Previous Private Equity experience.
4. Previous experience in Management and Statutory accounts preparation including reconciliations and analysis.
5. Highly advanced Microsoft 365, Power BI and CRM Software knowledge.
6. People leadership experience.
7. Change management experience.
