Duties
* Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to staff
* Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
* Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and digital documents
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft office
* Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
* Support team members with clerical tasks as needed to enhance productivity
Experience
* Proven office experience with a focus on administrative roles
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Typing skills with a high degree of accuracy for data entry purposes
* Previous clerical experience is preferred, showcasing an ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
* Experience within the construction sector is preferred
