Job Requirements:
Level 3 food hygiene
Previous experience in creating and preparing vegetarian and vegan cuisine is desirable
Willingness to help train and develop team members
Outgoing with an interest in people and the community
Proven track record in working to deadlinesResponsibilities
Menu planning and food preparation
Ensuring timely turnaround of orders
Line management of kitchen team
Sourcing local produce
Maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards
