Main duties of the job
* Two whole-time posts of Senior Clinical Fellow in Colorectal Surgery are available for 1 year at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust from April 2026 and a further 2 posts from October 2026.
* Candidates are very welcome to visit the department and are invited to contact David James, Consultant Colorectal Surgeon, Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust, Churchill Hospital.
* Any person who is unable for personal reasons to work full-time will be eligible to be considered for the post. If such a person is appointed, modification of the job content will be discussed on a personal basis, in consultation with consultant colleagues. Suitably qualified job-share candidates will receive serious consideration.

Oxford University Hospitals (OUH) is a world renowned centre of clinical excellence and one of the largest NHS teaching trusts in the UK. The Trust is made up of four hospitals - the John Radcliffe Hospital (which includes the Children\'s Hospital, West Wing, Eye Hospital, Heart Centre and Women\'s Centre), the Churchill Hospital and the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, all located in Oxford, and the Horton General Hospital in Banbury, north Oxfordshire.
