Salary: £20,000 £30,000 Depending on experience OTE £50,000
Working hours Monday Friday 9am 6pm, Every other Saturday 9am 5pm

Key Responsibilities
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
* Effectively build and maintain relationships with applicants and Vendors.
* Fully qualify applicants gaining a thorough understanding of the applicants motivation for their search to design the best possible tour for them.
* Organising and attending viewings
* Following up on leads and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
* Negotiating terms and co-ordinating sales to completion
* Assessing buyers financial position and referring them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors.
* Remaining proactive throughout the conveyancing process i.e. instigating surveys and chasing up solicitors/buyers for documentation.
* Preparing quotations, proposals, and sales agreements
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Maintaining applicant database
