At Inizio, we're on a mission to reimagine health. As a Campaign Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our vision to life. You'll work closely with our Global Campaigns Lead to deliver impactful, multi-channel B2B campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate leads.

This role offers the opportunity to shape our brand's future. You'll collaborate with a talented team to launch external campaigns, analyze data to drive results, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. If you're a creative thinker, a strategic planner, and a data-driven problem solver, this is the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact.

In this role you will ideally be located near one of our offices in Manchester, Ashby-de-la-Zouch or London. You will operate on a hybrid basis.


Strategic Campaign Planning:

* Develop and execute comprehensive campaign plans, aligning with business objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal, creative, social media, PPC, web) to ensure seamless execution.


Content Creation and Campaign Execution:

* Champion our brand messaging and create compelling narratives for our connected campaigns.
* Bring campaigns to life in a clear, consistent, and client-focused manner.
* Oversee the production of high-quality content like eBooks, blogs, infographics and videos.


Project Management:

* Utilize project management tools to track progress, identify risks, and mitigate issues.
* Coordinate with our internal teams, SMEs and external agencies to ensure timely delivery and consistency of messaging.
* Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.


Data-Driven Decision Making:

* Monitor, analyze, report, and provide recommendations on performance across all channels, including lead generation and business wins.
* Use data insights to optimize campaign strategies and maximize ROI.


Effective Stakeholder Management:

* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, marketing team members, and external partners.
* Effectively communicate campaign goals, progress, and results.
* Ensure alignment with broader business objectives and brand guidelines.


What You'll Need:

* Proven experience in B2B campaign management and project coordination.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, PPC, email, etc.).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
* Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools.
* Experience with data analysis and reporting.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
