Key Responsibilities:

* Take ownership of the design and development of civil engineering solutions across a range of sectors, including highways, drainage, earthworks, and site infrastructure.
* Deliver high-quality technical input across all project stages - from feasibility to construction.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including local planning requirements, industry standards, and CDM 2015 regulations.
* Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating with architects, surveyors, project managers, and sustainability specialists.
* Identify and resolve technical challenges with innovative and practical solutions.
* Maintain quality assurance across all design outputs, ensuring they meet internal and external expectations.
