Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and check in patients, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
* Handle phone inquiries, appointment scheduling, and email correspondence efficiently.
* Coordinate treatment plans, explain procedures, and provide patients with detailed information on available services.
* Manage patient records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
* Process payments, including private patient billing and financing options.
* Maintain the reception area to a high standard, reflecting the practice's private and professional setting.
* Liaise with dentists and support staff to ensure the seamless delivery of care.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a dental receptionist or treatment coordinator or administrator is essential.
* Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
* Familiarity with dental software systems (training will be provided if necessary).
* Professional and polished appearance.
