Electrician Permanent Role Bristol OTE Up to £49k per year Rate: £18.84 per hour company vehicle fuel card weekly bonus benefits We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrician to join a busy, forward-thinking property services team in Bristol. This is a permanent role offering stability, excellent pay, and the chance to work on a wide variety of projects that will test and develop your skills. The Role: As an Electrician, you will: Carry out planned maintenance, testing, fault finding, and reactive repairs across a range of residential and commercial properties. Undertake new installations including lighting, power systems, consumer units, and wiring upgrades. Conduct testing and inspection in line with 18th Edition wiring regulations and compliance standards. Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality. Work both independently and as part of a small team, adapting to different client requirements and environments. Provide clear communication and excellent customer service when liaising with tenants, clients, or site managers. Use appropriate access equipment and tools to deliver work to professional timescales. What were looking for: Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent apprenticeship). 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (with amendments). ECS Gold Card or equivalent trade card. Inspection & Testing (2391) desirable. Asbestos Awareness (training can be provided). Full UK Driving Licence. Strong commitment to Health & Safety and delivering high-quality work.
