Job Title: NDT Administrator
Working hours: 0800 – 1700, Monday to Friday

Position Overview:
Brinkley Aerospace is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented NDT Administrator to support the daily operations of the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) department. This pivotal role ensures the smooth coordination of NDT activities, including job allocation, customer communication, quotation preparation, and logistical support for travelling engineers.
Working closely with the NDT Manager, the NDT Administrator will be responsible for maintaining data within the MRO Pro operating system, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing essential administrative support to the department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Job Creation & Allocation:
* Create and allocate NDT jobs in MRO Pro in collaboration with the NDT Manager.
* Monitor job progress and ensure all job data is accurately recorded and maintained.
* Customer Communication:
* Serve as a key point of contact for customer queries related to NDT work.
* Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication with customers throughout the job lifecycle.
* Financial & Quotation Management:
* Collate and track job-related financial expenses and allocate costs within MRO Pro.
* Assist in preparing and raising quotations for customers in conjunction with the NDT Manager.
* Travel & Accommodation:
* Book travel and accommodation for engineers attending off-site inspections or training.
* Coordinate travel logistics to ensure cost-effectiveness and minimal disruption to operations.
* Inspection Planning & Scheduling:
* Support the planning and scheduling of inspections in alignment with customer requirements and engineer availability.
* Work closely with the NDT Manager to ensure effective resource allocation.
* Compliance & Certification Tracking:
* Maintain records within MRO-Pro of engineers' NDT certifications, examinations, and radiation medicals.
* Ensure all regulatory and company-required documentation remains current and compliant.
* General Administration:
* Perform day-to-day administrative tasks as directed by the NDT Manager.
* Maintain accurate departmental records and contribute to process improvements where appropriate.
Requirements:
* Previous administrative experience, preferably within an engineering, aerospace, or MRO environment.
* Familiarity with MRO Pro or similar maintenance/operations systems (training can be provided).
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A proactive and flexible approach to work.
Desirable:
* Understanding of NDT processes and terminology.

* Awareness of regulatory compliance requirements within aerospace or engineering industries.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.66 per year
