The Best Connection West Bromwich are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our client's fantastic warehouse and distribution company, conveniently located in the heart of West Bromwich.

Working Hours
* Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
* Friday: 08:00 - 13:30
✅ Early finish every Friday!

Pay Rate
* £12.71 per hour

Role Overview
You will be working in a busy warehouse/distribution environment, supporting daily operations and ensuring orders are processed efficiently.

✅ Key Duties
* Order picking a variety of electrical goods using hand scanners and large trolleys
* Loading and moving pallets
* Using a computer system to locate stock
* Unloading containers
* General warehouse and manual duties
* Operating an FLT Counterbalance to move stock (preferred but not essential)
* Any other duties as required by the supervisor

What We're Looking For
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Previous order picking experience
* FLT Counterbalance licence advantageous but not essential
* Flexible to work across different departments
* Reliable, punctual with good attendance
* Able to work well under pressure
* Good communication skills
* A strong team player
