KnoWho is partnering with a fast-growing independent creative agency to hire a talented Senior / Digital Account Manager on their behalf.

The Opportunity
Our client are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager (or strong Digital AM ready to step up) to lead integrated projects, digital marketing activity and day-to-day client relationships.
You’ll have autonomy, senior support, and the chance to carve out your role as the agency scales. If you thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and enjoy wearing multiple hats, this is a fantastic opportunity.
You’ll Be Working With Clients in the Health & Wellness space, amongst other sectors.
What You’ll Do
Project & Account Management
* Lead the smooth delivery of integrated campaigns, digital projects and creative briefs.
* Own timelines, budgets and workflows, ensuring projects land on time and within scope.
* Manage internal teams across strategy, creative and development.
* Confidently run client and internal meetings with clarity, structure and next steps.
* Anticipate challenges, think ahead and remain calm and solution-focused.
* Bring strong strategic understanding of client businesses.
* Use project tools including Asana, Miro, Jira, Canva and Figma.
Digital Marketing
* Support and manage digital marketing plans across multiple platforms.
* Oversee organic social media and community engagement.
* Track and analyse performance across digital channels.
* Coordinate cross-platform digital campaigns.
* Assist with CRM and email marketing (Salesforce or Klaviyo a bonus).
* Support website management and basic troubleshooting.
* Apply knowledge of paid media and SEO.
Client Relationships & Collaboration
* Build trusted, long-term client partnerships.
* Ensure high creative standards and attention to detail.
* Write clear, actionable project briefs and collaborate across all agency disciplines.
* Work with senior leadership to scope, manage and track project budgets.
Culture & Values

* Bring creative thinking and encourage it in others.
* Protect the integrity of creative ideas and champion high-quality execution.
* Stay on top of category, digital and industry trends particularly across health and wellness (an interest here is a bonus).
What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years’ experience in a creative or digital agency.
* Strong integrated experience with solid digital understanding.
* Excellent organisation and project management skills.
* Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
* A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm to make an impact.
