Due to our growing client base and the expansion of our team, we are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE to join our Wills, Trusts & Probate team in Derby. In this role, you will manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including:
* Taking instructions and drafting wills
* Preparing and managing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
* Administering estates, including IHT returns and grant applications
* Handling deputyship applications
* Managing the affairs of elderly and vulnerable clients
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing clear and practical legal solutions
* Developing new business opportunities and contributing to the department’s growth
