Mortgage Advisor – Norwich & Wroxham
PRIMIS Mortgage Network is looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well-established Mortgage Advisory business that works alongside its independent Estate Agency group. The role is focused on mortgage only with protection referrals handled in-house. The advisor may be self‑employed or employed, depending on preference.
Key responsibilities include:
* Advising clients on mortgage products and protection options.
* Providing support in servicing and additional client relationships.
* Working in close collaboration with house and estate agency teams.
Qualifications:
* CAS holder.
* Existing mortgage and protection advisor with broking experience.
* Ideally exposure to the estate agency market.
Benefits:
* Self‑employed split 60% on leads directly to you.
* Employed base salary of £30,000 per annum.
* Monthly validation bonus between 15% and 25% commission.
* Flexibility to operate from any branch or home office.
