Automotive Business Manager / Transaction Manager Required in Epsom
1. Pay: £30 - £35k Basic DOE + £70k Uncapped OTE
2. Hours: 5 Days per week over Monday - Saturday

Duties of the Transaction Manager:
9. Manage the sales process and ensure a seamless transaction experience for customers
10. Maximise sales and profitability by effectively negotiating and closing deals
11. Lead the transaction team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance
12. Maintain compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
13. Build strong customer relationships and promote customer satisfaction
14. Keep accurate records and support reporting requirements within the dealership
Requirements of the Transaction Manager:
15. Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role such as Business Manager, Sales Controller or Transaction Manager
16. Strong organisational and communication skills
17. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service
18. Knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products is preferred
19. Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple priorities effectively
