* Basic salary of £22,000 with uncapped earning potential exceeding £40,000 OTE
* Five-day working week, Monday to Saturday, with a designated day off during the week
* No Sunday working required

Duties:
* Engage effectively with customers to understand their needs and promote suitable vehicles
* Lead the sales process from initial contact to finalising the sale
* Develop strong relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
* Keep up-to-date with vehicle specifications, features, and current market trends
* Complete all sales paperwork and administrative tasks efficiently
* Demonstrate vehicles and facilitate test drives, ensuring a positive customer experience
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or in a similar motor trade sales role
* Success in achieving and surpassing sales targets within a dealership environment
* Outstanding communication and customer service skills
* Proactive attitude and strong desire to succeed
* Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
* Reside within 10 miles of Maidenhead or Slough
* Full UK driving license is essential
